The 3,500 sq ft villa, with its distinctive red oxide flooring and teakwood details, needed a thoughtful transformation to accommodate his young family’s contemporary lifestyle. Our team preserved cherished elements like the central courtyard and vintage Athangudi tiles while introducing sleek, modern interventions.
